We wanted to visit riau street, set near the hotel. Good sized room with high-speed internet access.

Holiday base for discovering Bandung. Siliwangi Stadium was just a short distance away. Everything met the needs.

We liked everything in amaroossa, it was great. Rooms were huge. 2 km to pasar baru trade center. Everyday was there alright food...

I liked the location and the friendliness of the staff. The food was excellent, and plentiful.
If I were travelling on business, the rooms do not lend themselves well to business purposes. Luckily, I wasn't, so the decor, mostly aimed at young newlyweds, wasn't bad, just different.

The hotel is well managed, staff courteous and efficient, food choices sumptious, security and of cleaniness .
I am a bit disappointed when my credit card was not approved as a checked-in deposit for the duration of the stay, but when payment is made in full via the same credit card and through the same machine at the hotel (i.e. prior to the duration of the residience), the card payment was approved.This practice is rather unthethical and not in complainace with any other international hotels (check-in practices )which I have stayed.

Very good location. Staff are polite, friendly and warm. Hotel condition is as good as a five star hotel & surrounding area is quite. Proximity to Bandung's factory outlets and with transport within reach make this hotel worth staying. Overall, a good experience and will definitely choose Amatoossa when in Bandung.
The only shortcoming is the pool that is meant more for children than for adults.

The hotel interior design is cozy
The room hotel is too close to the street and when I stay there there is an activity whole night untill morning, so its very noisy.

The Hotel was really good and has a professional working staff and I would like to recommend this Hotel to all my friends.Me and my wife we had a great time there and if im going to Bnadung again I will stay in this hotel for sure.

The deluxe room is big enough for family with young children. My children love the swimming pool as it has beach sands around the pool and the small waterfall on the pool. We also like the various food on breakfast, especially the roasted duck.
The kids area is too small.

I just got back from Bandung, went with a group of friends and book 4 rooms at Amaroossa Hotel. It is situated at a very good location, so close to Jalan Riau Factory Outlest. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at the Reception Counter. I will definitely go back to this hotel again with my family on next trip to Bandung. Breakfast is good too.
Coffee in the room needs some improvement, a 3-in-1 coffee packet would be more preferable.

I like the staff much, they are polite everytime ready to help u with. Breakfast are damn good. Room service too. I recommend the amaroosa fried rice set. Yummy. The staff dont really accept tips, I have to force them to take. They are soooo polite always with a smile. Thumbs up to their staff.
The hotel is quite noisy with people talking and laughing out loud. The room is not sound proof. Can sleep that well. I should request on the higher level next time. And the bathroom on the executive suite are clean but still have those white spot on the upper of bathtub area.
